Shipping policy
For in-stock products, all orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
For group buy/pre-order products, orders are processed upon checkout, after which production begins or continues and the product ships at a later date. An estimate for this time is given for each product; however, due to the unpredictable nature of production, there is no guarantee that this estimated time of arrival will be met.
Due to the global situation and its impact on global logistics, packages may be delayed and/or held beyond our control due to the policy of various governing organizations and postal services.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to most countries. The available shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Typeplus is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
As the buyer, you are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, fees, and similar which are legally required to purchase items from overseas. In addition, you are responsible for contacting import offices, customs offices, and similar in a timely manner when requested to do so by such organizations. As such are the responsibilities of the buyer and are entirely beyond our control, under absolutely no circumstance will we offer any refund, replacement, or similar for any packages lost, destroyed, or rejected during import due to neglected duties of the buyer.
Return Shipping
If the product qualifies under the conditions of return as outlined in the Refund and Replacement policy, the buyer is responsible for return shipment of the product in a timely and safe manner buyer to the vendor. It is recommended to ship the item properly using tracked and insured methods; no replacement may be offered if the returned item is damaged, destroyed, or lost during transit from the buyer to the vendor.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
